Yes. It's actually very common for me. I can see a guy that's very attractive and I won't have the desire to have sex with him at all, or even see him that way, he's just an attractive person. There are some men that are not attractive, but the vibe they give, or something about the way they carry themselves gives you an impression that perhaps he knows how to put it down in the bedroom. But overall, I typically don't have sexual desire for a man, until I've gotten to know him, and even then, sometimes I still don't.

The same thing happens for men.

We can find a women attractive doesn't mean we think about having sex with her.
