Poetical Poltergeist
Precise and cold hearted
Better Villians, better ending, better script. Both movies are far fetched but I would go with Part 3 being much more ludicrous. If a bomb exploded on a train in NYC, there's no way the area would be empty regardless if a threat to schools was being made. Nor could Simon set up all them deals for Mcclane at the same time planning the gold heist. So it's just far more unrealistic when you break it down but vengeance does a good job of keeping the movie centered so you aren't thinking about those things as much.Nah its a valid straightforward question. If you dont have an answer other than "its perfect" thats fine.
Original Die Hard had the better formula and climax.

They're doing a 6? Die Hard is one of my favorite franchises ever but honestly I still haven't watched 5 because if how bad I heard it was.
I wasn't mad at Live Free. The unrated version is arguably better than 2 to me. I think of Live Free like a worse version of Vengeance. IMO the appeal of John McClane is that he's an everyday guy that gets stuck in these bad situations, and Live Free sort of jumped the shark by turning him into this invincible superhero that was jumping onto fighter jets and insane shyt like that. But I liked the dynamic between he and his daughter, and it was cliche but I liked how he was so out of touch with technology, and a few of the action scenes were solid, especially the shootout in the apartment at the beginning where he's taking cover behind the fridge.
