He was on the yay for a long time... so this isn't that surprising
Plus he just had brain surgery to remove a clot like 2 weeks ago
Sad thing is this felt inevitable. Crazy we lost two of probably the 10 most famous athletes ever in the same year
Damn he wasn’t in the best shape even before the surgery his lifestyle and addictions ended up catching up to him and 60 although not old at all
for someone who lived that type of unhealthy lifestyle is somewhat longer than expected
RIP he’s in the Mount Rushmore of football players

what he did in Naples is one of my favorite stories in soccer/football.
the way he still is in the head of and haunts so many of the English is just the cherry on top.
