People usually go overboard because diet is in the name. Same amount of caffeine as non diet coke so there could possibly be an addiction angle.

All the diet sodas are gross, anyway. When I was heavy into soda I stayed clear of them.

I'm a huge fan. I don't understand how people drink diet coke, ish taste so disgusting. It's that aftertaste that turns me away. I never tried coke zero but I love that cherry coke (especially COLD)


I usually like flavored sodas like fantas or mountain dew (my favorite) I try all the new ones...I loved that Purple Passion Mt Dew...and Pitch Black

Didn't mean to derail but man, soda is my ish....bout to cut back substantially tho. I been on the Waterloo (flavored sparkling waters) and San Pellegrino flavored sparkling waters to try and stop all the empty calories and sugar, but it's not easy smh
