They're doing okay by Southern standards, but in professional circles up north, a 400k house is average, if not below average.

These are probably people who decided that the northern pace of living is too fast and decided to downscale by going south--in other words, transplants who couldn't cut it.

Went down to Alabama for a summer and a nikka was almost from the heat..shyt was clean and the air just felt different..but I've never been so damn bored in my life,shyt was just too slow.
