cut added sugar, processed sugar dries you out and fukks up bile production and fukks up nutrient absorption

make sure you dont have an infection or abscess anywhere cause that makes your body focus on that one thing and screws up organ processes. if you let it go on too long it fukks up your whole GI track even if the infection is not in that area

drink more water, water helps bile flow

add ginger.

maybe some garlic supplements

stop eating at night

eat more greens(spinach is the goat) and real fruits. blueberries and raspberries/black berries are the goat substituion for candy and artificial fruit snacks/gummies

eat REAL food, properly prepared food. try a mediterranean diet

get a prebiotic and probiotic

What are some things to help me go on the regular..I already try to eat alot of oats and veggies but how can I get the required 30+ grams of fiber daily?
Go to the doctor, bro. Don't wait.

My dad waited and waited and now he has GERD. shyt is debilitating. I'm trying to make another appt for him now about the issue.

See a doctor and get a consultation.

Drink a gallon of water per day

Some form of cardio, I walk 1.5 miles on the treadmill 3X a week

And weight training/body weight stuff if you can

Fiber is great but without the water it’ll make it worse. Don’t ask me how:mjcry:

Constipation means dry turds
2 bottle of water to start the morning.

a bottle of water after every meal. (minimum)
You should ideally drink more than that.
It will at least help you go smoothly and regularly around the same time

chew your mother fukking food.

the water is everything.

I was constipated for the first time in years after going to dinner with family, drinking liquor, not drinking much water during the day, having a steak and a multivitamin.

Metals in vitamins will clog you up.

There are fiber pills you can actually buy. Powder fiber you can mix into your drinks. You can get these at Walmart or any GNC type store.

But honestly, a lot of this is poor diet. However, adding more magnesium to your diet would fix a lot of that on its own. Get some epsom salt and add a few chips(not a whole teaspoon....nobody ever talks about how you don't have to overdo it to get results) to anything you drink or even sprinkle it in your food. You won't taste it and it's a great way to add magnesium to your diet. Electrolyte deficiency is at the heart of a looooot of health problems but most doctors wanna push pills.

Or just cop some magnesium citrate pills. They are worth it.

Most issues with health are built around poor diet, dehydration and deficiencies in one nutrient or another. Big facts.
