Bandai def stepped up the graphics and presentation from cyber sleuth and hacker's memory

Battle system is smooth af so far. Having a option to speed up time is a godsend

Can tell imma love this game already. Can't wait to build my go to team of MirageGaogamon, BlackWargreymon, and Dianamon

Only thing is the main character designs aint really all that inspired imo

True but given digimon being such a niche series, I had my expectation lower. From the promotional material, things looked better than a psp vita but didn't wow me away much

Actually playing the game looks way better than I thought. Music has been good too. So I'm pleasantly surprised with Bandai Namco. Since there's a season pass, I'm looking forward to see how much they're willing to put into the series. These digimon story games give me hundreds of hours of game time anyway, so this def gonna be in my rotation awhile

I did too, admittedly, huge fan of Cyber Sleuth and Hackers Memory so I would have gotten this either way. But the game looked good from the start and the demo impressed me to the point where I actually stopped playing to keep it all fresh for later.

I agree with you thought the easily could have phoned this one in. The voices for some of the digimon kinda ruin it for me but that’s my only complaint so far.

Japanese only voices are so unacceptable for mainstream games and definitely turns off a portion of the audience. So I'm fine eith it even if some of the voices are meh for the digimon lol

It’s a very good game the best Digimon game I’ve played but idk if this is a game that is really translates well with word of mouth.
