I'm sorry but I recently saw the article speaking on this and I really tried to see the veracity in it but...

Nah, I just can't sit here and say I've noticed some nefarious increase in gifs with black people being used to express emotions.

Also, what are we actually saying here? I can only use black gifs? Asians can only use asian gifs?
