& so far it doesn't have a problem with framerate. Unless you think ~30 FPS is a "problem"

Then I guess you won't be playing much of anything on Xbox with that logic :lolbron:

Digital foundry has already talked about the framerate issues with killzone. GG has already admited that the framerate is not stable.

I don't see any of y'all making threads about that. Why?

The
You show me killzone hitting below 20 & I'll laugh just as hard. Trust me.

Would y'all be okay with DR3 being 2FPS if it had a million enemies on screen? At some point you've gotta make sure the game runs atleast DECENTLY

The game runs more than decently. I've seen enough gameplay video to see that.

Totally different because the PS3 HAD THE POWER, it was just difficult programming for. That situation was resolved as cats got familar with programming and the shyt caught up.
That's what y'all told yourself, but obviously it didn't. And the situation was almost never resolved games far into the gen ran like shyt on ps3, but it was all good to y'all.

Both systems have the same architecture this time, just one much stronger and it's showing. There is nothing they can catch up on power wise like cats with the cell programming on the ps3.
No they don't. They are more similar than before, but they both have strengths and weaknesses this time around. The performance out of these consoles comes more down to optimizations than pure specs. The tables will turn and devs will spend more time optimizing the Xbox version in order to meet parity, just like they did with ps3 last gen.

Shaky 720p is unnaceptable. Point blank. If it was 1080p dipping some frames, that's one thing (and by some frames, not by 30 - 40% dips).

The game is struggling at 720p dawg!! That is disgusting.

The game is still doing more than any other next gen game announced. To get hung up on the framerate and ignore everything else is dishonest at best. Tetris in 4k is still less impressive than DR1 in 480p. Looking at a resolution is only a very small part of the bigger picture

So that should be the standard huh? :laff: Because it happened last gen its ok for this huh? :laff: Wait for smooth to finish washing his face so he can help you out breh.

The idea that framerate issues will go away just cause we are on a new gen is misguided as hell.

Do you think all games will magically be freed of constants that have always been there for this next gen?

Then why even bring up FPS ever if you can still say the game runs fine

I'm talking about the asinine standards that y'all create.

According to yall Next gen was supposed to be all 1080p 60fps with graphical effects turned to max and no framerate issues at all.

I doubt there will be one game all gen that could do this. But y'all will cherry pick the issues to bash Xbox games but you will conveniently look passed them for playstaion.
