Well it was post Desert Shield...

He certainly seems to have his faculties more about him in the video and at this time.

I don't know man...

The Iraq thing is weird...cause we were CLEARLY shooting down planes for like 10 years between the end of the Gulf War and the start of the 2003 campaign...and Saddam was being a motherfukker...so it was just a matter of time...

but I think its the fact they lied about it more than anything, rather than them hiding their aims in the region.
