The thing is stephs game translated MUCH better in the NBA, He was a much better shooter than Bassy....

Has he done some questionable things in his career? Yes
But we're talking about a guy who had some HUGE shoes to fill,like he had no choice but to become a megastar or anything less would have been considered a failure.
Comes right outta HS,averages 20,5,5 his first year in the league,and by his 3rd year is averaging 31 a night and IMO the best player in the league,and we all know the accolades and success which followed.
He had the most hype possibly of any player that has ever supposed to be the next big thing and not only did he surpass it he crushed it and still has a whole lot left in the tank.
