Online real estate isn’t even close to being anywhere near these type of numbers like actual physical land/real estate is.
Obviously that’s the case now, but I’m talking about the future. There online business will continue to grow.

Online real estate is infinite. Nobody is investing billions of dollars for online real estate, Especially when they already own a lot of the same market share.

There’s a foot locker not to far from me that just opened. It’s not in the mall.
Yeah, Maybe there’s more in different parts from where I am. I just know down south I rarely see them as standalone stores outside of outlets.

There was a footlocker in the mall and outside the mall. They closed both and opened a brand new store outside of the mall.

It was a local competitor to dikks and Foot locker in NYC that use to have a large share of the physical market in the Tri-State area and went out of business because their website was trash. At their peak they was a bigger deal than dikk’s sporting store and was in that same lane.
