The Comfort Zone
If you're not big on leftovers, at least have your meats, veggies, etc. seasoned and ready in the fridge. My meals never take more than a half-hour to make start to finish.

fam, I work from like 2-10 here in NY and while there are plenty of restaurants/diners that open late and all that, no one wants to spend that kind of bread all the time. I fukks with Trader Joes HEAVY and the stuff is clean, healthy and easy to make. youre gonna spend a lil more than you do at a regular supermarket but the food is gonna be crack. they have prepared meals you can put in the oven/microwave and most of the stuff is kinda good. Ive been going hard with this Indian dish, chicken in this red sauce with rice and that shyt is just :ohlawd:. I also fukks with the shrimp gyoza (just toss it in the microwave), chicken chile verde burritos, banana bread/pumpkin bread mix (easy to mix/bake), chicken quesadillas and a lot more things. you dont have to spend a long time making it and its enough to leave you feeling fed. They also have fresh fruits/veg or the prepared frozen veg that you can just either steam or put in the microwave.

for me, its a good alternative to the shyt around my way (mickey Ds, chinese food, spanish food, sandwiches from the bodega) and I;m getting my moneys worth
