Don't know who this is, but if this is legit this is an underrated part of the deal that no one's talking about. Since the Knicks are gonna be under the cap, we won't have the mle (and possibly the bi annual, not sure) this off season. If this is true, we'd be able to use up our cap space, then use these exceptions to acquire players to help fill out the roster.
