Direct post links don't link up properly?

As title says when posters link up posts they won't link up properly if we're on a different Posts per page setting than them.
i.e. http://www.thecoli.com/threads/by-popular-demand-true-coliwood-stories-college-athletics.129787/
none of those links direct me to his posts and I'm guessing it's cause he's on a different postspp setting than me.
Anyway to fix this without me having to change my settings.

click that, it takes you directly to the post that has the art barr smiley right?

nope takes me to top of page 11 (of 72).

The post per page options messed up the permalinks, thats why the button on the right takes you to different posts if your settings are different. The time stamp above the avi gives you the correct link, just right click and copy link.

I'll try and fix all those links in that thread today or tomorrow.

@Day_Walker fixed all the links
