Whenever a person had any type of black ancestry they were labeled automatically as being black, Negro or colored. So you had people with white skin and other European features being labeled as black. So what a black person looked like became diluted over time. That's where that perception of the black gene being more dominant came from. So all you need is one black feature and you look black and just ignore all the other obvious European features.

The one drop rule doesn't exist outside of the US. That's a fact and I've already said only racist people outside of the US call mixed people black. So of course there are people in Europe that call them black.

black people are way too loose with who they label black. if i had to compare it to a college admissions office i'd have to say white people run their race admissions office like they're stanford or harvard. some high standards for who can be white. you can be 7/8 white and that still isn't enough especially if that 1/8 is negro.
