opera: go to menu, go to page then developer tools, then plug ins

How do you know which add ons have something to do with java?

As far as I know certain sites require it for their web apps. Only time I come across needing it is for printing labels with Paypal multi-shipping tool. It shouldn't affect local java apps like PS3 Media Server.
