People in cali seemingly have no problem paying $17.25 for a burrito cause some IG influencer said it was bangin...
:mjlol:

right? some cacs come around and discover what regular people have been eating locally and all of a sudden the prices skyrocket and the lines are hours long :lolbron:.....:francis:. i cant blame the small business owners but the "influencers" are stupid

Not everyone is built to actually be outside...dranking fukkin around and kicking it lol:mjlol: lotta irritable old heads don't like people in general and some of these gen z hermits/geeks are too awkward to have fun in these kinds of settings... The sheer amount of artist you get access to watching at a mega festival like this is priceless...if there's 100 nikkas on the bill and you're into 15 or so thats'sbasically $25 dollars a show which is way cheaper than watching them at your local music hall..thats even if they ever come to your city... And even then it's not in a picturesque polo field setting with barely dressed women everywhere :manny:

I love me a good outside festival...but it's not for everyone

I worked Coachella the year Madonna assaulted Drake making pizzas from 9-5. Had good parking and camping. Free food and drinks.

Then my friend went nuts and mobbed the main stage.

We got “banned for 10 years” :shaq2: because he heismaned his way through the crowd leaving a trail of scantily clad floozies laying on the ground.

Security strapped him to a board. Him and my other friend got an Uber from the hospital and told security they lost their wristbands (which were cut off by staff).

Weeknd, flylo, jack white and interpol were good tho.

fukk that festival
I was there that year

I went to the smokin grooves festival last month and it was a cool experience but I’ll probably never go to another festival ever. Lines were outrageous and the food was good but them prices were ridiculous. Add on the fact that at one stage the speakers were blown so couldn’t even hear most of the music from the artists I really wanted to see.

Discouraging at worst.

Yuck.

I'll be at the next festival.
