i would sit and watch Muppet Babies and Peewee's Playhouse on saturday mornings and eat these
my pops worked for nabisco back then and he would literally bring home BOXES of cookies for free. all nabisco items. so we ALWAYS had oreos, chips ahoy, giggles, nutter butters, triscuit, ritz....and just all the nabisco products that you can think of overflowing our pantry. he also would cut deals with the other vendors who wanted cookies too. so he would trade. so sometimes, he would come home with a couple boxes of blue bell ice cream pints, doritos, little debbie products, bread, beer, etc. our crib STAYED filled with snacks that my pops got for free.....those were the days...

I can't find a picture but a few years ago at KFC they had a $1 sandwich where they dipped the chicken in a super spicy sauce. I miss them only because the sauce was hot enough to make your eyes water and clear your nose but it actually had FLAVOR along with the heat.
