Discovery’s acquisition of Warner Media means their game department is being sold off

Nothing, but we know they can make quality AAA 3rd person games tho. You remove the Batman license from the Arkham games and those are still good games(combat and graphics were top tier), same w/ the LOTR devs.

If nobody on Rocksteady or the LOTR team can come up w/ an original story not related to Batman/LOTR, they can always hire some writers to come up w/ it.

Sucker Punch and Insomniac made the same games on the PS2 gen(mascot platformers), but eventually shifted to different games on the PS3 gen.

True, but what AT&T wanted for those studios initially was way too much. Hopefully the price has dropped.
