not to defend white people, but thats not what is going on

what is going on is that the people in the agency and middle managers are latino and they create their own system and codes

and that happens a lot in cali, once a place like a fast food joint gets a mexican assistant manager or manager, the only people that get hired after that are mexicans, its not white people doing the discriminating in fact its white (poor or low skilled) people themselves being discriminated against along with black people

but the bottom line is any black person that thinks its neutral or advantageous to have the us flooded with people from latin america is blind and delusional and lacks a sense of history and geopolitics

the main difference between latin america and north america is that in latin america the europeans came from spain and in north america the europeans came from england but in terms of discrimination and oppression of africans the americas have very similar histories and legacies
