Discussion: 8ball or MJG

I honestly didn’t know as many people thought MJG was better than 8ball. In no way form or fashion is this a contest and it’s probably one of the more lopsided duos, while also having to good MCs.

They've both bested or equalled each other plenty of times on songs.

Both excellent storytellers as well/and can carry a solo no problem.

They are at their best when together. Goat group.

Extra gear with flow and delivery, sometimes lyrically, and that part (lyrically) is where he gets Ball on a track sometimes.

Sometimes it's vice versa though. For example Ball murdered G on Shine and Recline

I prefer MJG but I will say that 8Ball Lost album is a classic

8Ball for me. It's cliche at this point to say, but he was kinda like a Southern Biggie. They (Ball & G) deserved to be a lot bigger.
