Ehhh... I'm married to a woman who is older than me (by 9 months) and makes more money than me (she's an RN and I'm a Systems Analyst). But she looks younger than me (she's 29 but she looks like she's maybe 21 and she's under 5'0) and we're still relatively early in our careers.

I just turned 35, my girl just turned 21. She's an AKA, has already graduated, fine as hell. Can get almost any dude she wants, but she choose a fly OG. You said your girl graduated and is an AKA. What these people fail to understand is once people graduate and start their careers. Everyone is pretty much equal in regards to experiences they converse about.

Outside of Hollywood and very wealthy and overly good looking men, you just don't see regular 50 year olds with women half their age . Women who prefer older men want them within a five to ten year age range. But the older you are the better looking or wealthier you need to be. When I was 20 I would've dated a 27 year old but 30 or older would have been too old. I wouldn't go higher than 33 now. Men age too and a lot aren't as nice looking as their younger counterparts plus they get baggage too. Of course you want younger women, the hard part is getting a sane one who wants you too. I don't find 50 year old attractive now and doubt I will when I'm 50. There's no way a 50 year old man is as attractive physically as a 30 year old man. But that's what you get when you age, you aren't entitled to someone because your sex drives wants it.

Not to mention that women actually become less willing to settle the older they get. This seems irrational to some men because women allegedly have an expiration date but it's true. A woman in her 20s is a lot more likely to take risks on men and settle under the hashtag of "young and dumb", "yolo" tendencies.
As women grow older however, they actually become pickier and a lot of mess just isn't tolerated mostly because they get used to being alone, so the choice between being by urself or settling isn't all that bad of a deal.

Men accumulate baggage just as much as women do unfortunately. And as they grow older, make a baby here, have a child there, a divorce under his belt, bills and credit problems, looks starting to fade, become bitter...

Ideally I would rather be in a relationship with women around my age. I'm 32 and will be 33 in November. I prefer my age range because we have similar tastes and views in music, politics, society, life in general. I have a career making good money, have my own place (will be purchasing a house by the end of the year), traveled outside the country, etc. Problem I encounter is a lot of women I encounter 28-35 either they already have children or don't have children but a lot of times they are bitter or have been turnt out by dudes in the past and carry a lot of baggage. Obviously not a lot but a large segment are in that situation.

The girl I'm dating right now is 22 but still has a lot of growing to do. Has never lived on her own, never traveled, not much life experience, etc. She's a sweetheart but very immature which is to be expected at her age but I don't really have the patience for her to grow. Right now we're just having fun but I don't see myself marrying her and damn sure not having children with her.
