I really want to start catering so i was gonna do this culinary course out here, but I always hear that most people feel its best to just start ina resturant n work ur way up, gain the skills you need that way. Plus ill be making money while I do it too which is always a plus.

Also how hard will it be to even get a job as a dishwasher? :mjcry:

do both. u get a job as a runner or dishwasher while going to school, people will take interest in you because of your hustle. might even get a head chef or souz chef to take u under the wing.

:dahell: cooking is my only passion, I just made beats cuz i liked the crowd it attracted
Ok well u don't have to start off as a dishwasher you just have to know how to cook. If you need lessons go to culinary school and make it official

when I applied to be a dishwasher, the dude cut me up and gave me the harshest job interview rejection of my life :damn:
he was saying I wasn't qualified to be a dishwasher :damn::damn::damn:

but yeah, that's how you do it, through the kitchen hierarchy
the best would be to intern in a kitchen while in culinary school tho
the potential, the opportunities :banderas:

:what: if you were a real hustler youd learn the game on your own and start your own side business selling tacos or something

When I applied to be a dishwasher the dude spent 45 min showing me how to do the work and then he pointed to back of his employee of the month t- shirt and was like "if you work hard one day you're gonna shirt like this too" with a smile on his face.

I excused myself to the bathroom took of my apron and walked out. :scust:
