:dwillhuh: You haven’t heard about ESPN history of sex, drugs and fights?

:hubie: And that doesn’t even include its bias against black male athletes.

ESPN ain't got shyt on TMZ sports when it comes to shytting on black men...have they even reported on a white athlete yet? :picard:

but Lizzo just made a chick lose her job and go into a depression man, that's the type of toxic shyt they're talking about - ESPN might be "Toxic" to the women working there or whatever

but you don't see any of that as a viewer whereas on twitter, that's just the culture of how they operate :francis:

The Ummah!
Shows the status quo in this sense is better than giving power to regular people. Twitter champions weirdos. Instagram and FB too. All 3 of these platforms are shyt stains on civilization

Makes sense. Imagine the headache and responsibility that comes with moderating a platform numbering in the millions if not close to a billion users (I don't know the official stat, just guessing) and as a company having to deal with the constant shyt storm and backlash of someone somewhere doing something with it.

shyt seems like a fukking annoyance and more hassle than its worth. Don't blame disney. They are concerned about making money and media content.

Anyways, if anything, if disney did take it over, they would lock that shyt down so much to avoid the above mentioned issues and minimize their need to provide oversight which is a money and time sink. Probably have automatic ban scripts if you say certain words no matter the context and a whole bunch of other content control automation.

i like disney. i like their movies, i like their tv shows, i like their theme parks, i've spent countless hours watching sports on their networks, but these conglomerates need to be broken the fukk up. i'm glad they didn't buy twitter because there's no need for 1 company to own all these different aspects of our lives.

shyt is fukkin outta control. same goes for comcast/amazon/apple etc.
