You have to have their top tier unlimited plans. I thinks its "Play More" and "Do More" plans. The other "More" unlimited plan doesnt give you the Disney/ESPN/Hulu bundle and the other stuff. I had the free for a year offer then when that was over they offered the bundle and I got that because my plan qualified for it. Just go to the app and look at add-ons. They dont activate unless you activate it.
