People who have been struggling to get a damn job don't give a fukk about gay people. People who can't afford to eat aren't wasting their energy on whether women can get abortions. They've got real problems and listening to these clowns go on and on about topics that have nothing to do with alleviating people's pain is infuriating.

He's committing the cardinal sin of modern republicanism: fukking with a company that has serious money.
This is like a corporate Democrat like Biden campaigning to break up Amazon, Microsoft or Apple. If you're an American politician you do not make an enemy out of the people who actually run shyt in this country(shareholders of large corporations).
Disney has essentially endless money. They can sue the fukk out of DeSantis and bury his campaign by cutting blank checks to his opponent. They can continue to fukk with his money by forcing him to defend himself in court for as long as they want while putting a battery in the back of his opponents. Disney has media holdings too(like ABC) and this will likely motivate them to start buying up local news media and flipping their perspective to shyt on him 24hrs a day. He really doesn't want that smoke if Disney gets serious and any politician with a basic grasp of the political and economic environment understands this.
