Just finished watching this and thought it was really good :ehh:

C/S on Con Baby and those little monkey things being entertaining. It's nice to see this have legs at the box office and continue to perform.

3/5. Worth a watch

The plot was not very sophisticated. After Infinity War there's no reason to ever use any kind of gem gathering. I know that motif is old and very widespread, but just use a different McGuffin. MCU owns gemstone McGuffin now

Here's what I kept wondering. They want to be as authentic as possible. Prolly hired ALL ASIAN EVERYTHING.. right?

But this was done in the most Western, white way possible. The way the people were acting didn't remind me of a distant authentic Asian land. They sounded like valley girls from the whitest place in the valley.

To be so super Asian, they sure delivered to the western white audience. Like if everyone in Wakanda talked like Carlton Banks. Nahmean?
