I’m very empathetic with this man. Unfortunately the people he did reach out to to help him ignored him. Then he resorted to this as a way to get back at those that treated him wrong and abandoned him.
I don’t agree with actions but I can see and hear the pain in his voice.
Too many men are raised by single mothers and don’t have the proper knowledge on how to operate as a man in this society. As a man you have to realize that there are no safety nets if you fail, there won’t be a bunch of women trying to save you if you are homeless and broke. No one cares about how you feel either despite what they may say after you die or somethin crazy like this happens.

I’m fortunate enough to have long time male friends that I can go to if I need somebody to talk to. And it’s the same the other way around
