Yeah.
And no, he got booked, but he didn't get charged. He agreed not to pursue a brutality case in exchange for nothing on his record. Which was stupid, but his mother pretty much pressured him into it. Plus, a lot of people don't want the stress that comes with court dates and shyt. Just wanted the feds out of his life. He's in college and has a kid too so, I understood that.

technically if an officer ask for your identification and you either don't give it or don't have any on you then they have the right to arrest you...take u to the station and investigate your pedigree....the fukked up part is an officer can do that at ANY given time...whether you are committing a crime or just chillen....
