Alright so earlier today I'm in my second to last speech class of the term and as usual shyt was dragging. Now I don't really talk to people in my class, I show up, do my time, and go home. The only person I do talk to is a Hispanic breh who found a way to include the WWE Network in one of his speeches (and why it was such a good deal)...
So in the middle of class this girl goes up to do her speech. I'd be lying if I said I pay attention to what goes on in that class most of the time, but I do know from what I have heard from her everyone of her speeches have incorporated feminism and woman rights/women being held down. This speech would be know different as she's talking about the recent impact of women on something, I could not find the point of her speech except to brag about what women athletes are doing. So she hitting the main points you'd expect with Serena and Rousey, when all of a sudden this purple hair tumblr user brings up divas revolution brehs.
Immediately I looked like
and I guess she picked up on it because after class she actually confronted me about it. So I ask her does she even watch wrestling and she said no because it promotes men being bigger misogynistic animals than we already are so she uses tumblr and reddit for the highlights. This was like two hours ago so I told her to watch RAW tonight to see what the Revolution looks like
and she said she would.
Summary: Somewhere on the internet someone is hyping the divas revolution to be an impact on wrestling and social justice warriors are eating it up.
