This is what the reparations talk is in a nutshell.
Dividing up the assets after an unsuccessful union between 2 parties.
Nobody would expect the housewife of a physically and sexually abusive husband who was trapped in a marriage for decades raising children, cooking food, washing clothes, providing for the needs of her husband..all the while enduring his abuse AND running his business for him.
And after hes done with her, he gives her nothing forcing her to STAY in that house...he forces her to STAY DEPENDANT...he forces her to continue making HIM MONEY.
Put in the context of a poor defenseless (white)woman...who could argue that man doesn't owe that woman? And her children?
We don't get reparations due to the DEHUMANIZATION we have been going through. All the filth they associate with black people is to never allow us to be seen as innocent.
America divorced its relationship with their former slaves via the Emancipation Proclamation. We were out, the slavemasters got it all in the divorce, and we've been waiting for an appeal for 150 years.
#ADOS is the rallying call we ALL NEED TO BE FAMILIAR AND ON CODE WITH because that is the house where the appeal process of reparations will be birthed.
If you think about it, what we are fighting for is far more noble that anything "patriots" like Thomas Jefferson and Patrick Henry demanded from King George.
