no they didn't. Joe Budden made the show. Akademiks represented the younger generation but I'm not sure he did a great job of doing that though. I miss Buddens cause you could tell he really had an opinion on an album and wasn't just trying to hate for the sake of hating. Star's whole persona is being the hater. But no one wants to hear you hatin 24-7. At least Budden can give you an honest critique.

like I said in the post above, Cacplex should OF had a trial period where they had a new guest every other show, like they use to do with the Friday E.S. episodes with no buddens, as a tryout period inorder to find the right fit..


its funny how some poster in here are blaming Ak & Nadeska, even though the show was a hit with both of them already there.
I don't blame Star for being a bad fit either, even tho his fans thought that Star was gonna set shyt on fire. Anybody with sense could tell it was a bad fit from the start.

I blame cac-plex, for being the typical cac entity that undermines blk talent. thinking a nikka is a nikka, and they'll just fill the slot with any other nikka. they thought, see Star is a hater, he's old, hes angry, hes light skinned he fit the description as a Joe replacement. disregarding joes intangibles, personality, or experience. they disregarded the chemistry of the show, they just saw the show as a bunch of ranting and raving ass nikkas. so they went and got a nikka that can rant and rave and now the egg is dripping off of cacplex's face.

Then they tried to play spread sheet hire and found out their formula never worked and plug and play never works.
