I doubt he legitimately thought it was a ponzi scheme. I think he didn’t question much and got sold himself. As the money came
in Caesar was able to mask it by paying him but like all ponzi schemes, it all fell a part. Envy look more like a fool than a criminal. He made it seem like he was a businessman but he just was a celebrity name that got scammed too.

I don’t think anything will happen to DJ envy. The most that can happen is being fired from the station.

Lesson learned tho. If you aren’t a criminal and operate on good faith and real work I don’t know why you need to team up with anyone especially an ex convict to help others.
