I get what Khaled was trying to do on Do You Mind, but the execution was terrible. The drums just don't mesh right with the Lovers and Friends sample.

Rather than that, this is alright. First 5 tracks are cool (Nas still showing he can rap circles around nikkas :ahhh:, Work For It and Don't Ever Play Yourself are good, Do You Mind is ehhhh because they relied too much/got too lazy with the sample, the rest can go in the garbage bin.

shyt's so corny. Its like a try-hard attempt at appearing conscious. Thats my main problem with dudes like Cole.
I like the song but that bullshyt at the beginning of the song about not selling your soul to labels was type contrived and cliche.

Why is he rapping like some indy rapper? Son, you are a Roc artist and a beneficiary of one of the biggest machines in the industry.
