He literally shyt on Mike Will

Mike Will must be furious, he was supposed to be the hottest producer out

That being said, the nobody is beating the neptunes. They had beats in a ton of genres, from hip-hop to indie/alternative. They did a hit record for No Doubt for god's sake. :mindblown:

His run is more akin to Lex Luger or Mike Will than anything else. He's got the club circuit, urban radio, but we've seen this before...

Scott Storch had a better run, and his was even more short-lived

You may not remember how influential The Neptunes were, and continue to be

Dudes been saying Mustard won't be around next year for a few years now :mjlol:

Some of y'all seem to forget Rack City came out in 2011. Mustard has pretty much ran the charts since then :manny:

I like Mustard shyt, the YG album was dope, he's got a sound that people like right now

Thats it, thats all. He's gotta do A LOT more before his name goes in the books

Yeah dude is shaping up to be the next Pharrell, minus the singing, fashion, rock band, cultural influence, intellectualism, Clipse, Star Trak...

bytches Ain't shyt, I'm Different, and R.I.P. were all hits :manny: Those were some of the biggest hip-hop joints of 2012.
Confuse "ran the charts" with hits here and there brehs.
Fam has ran the charts for 1year only
:manny: You might be right just because he's more in-demand now, but even in 2012 he had some of the biggest beats of the year.

im listening to this old interview on the breakfast club with him. Talking about he gave kanye 100 beats and minaj 15 beats. I just wish he was more selective with his beats. thats what i hate about the game now. no chemistry in the studio. i prefer making a particular beat that fits an artist. not letting the artist choose what beat he wants.

:what: your still missing the point of the discussion and moving the goal post, and yes them nikkas had hits in the early-mid 00's.

first you claimed lil jon didn't have a run like mustard then I proved you wrong and now you wanna nitpick at a bunch of other people I named :camby:

and your obviously young as hell if you really just questioned if cool and dre, david banner or just blaze had hits.

did they have a run like lil jon and the Neptunes no but they had some hits.
:mjlol: I wish I was young as hell.

You didn't prove anything you just named a bunch of producers. I'm still waiting on you to show me these bunch of hits cool and Dre and David banner and juicy j and just blaze was producing that would put them above the producers of today. As if there aren't producers out right now doing the same shyt.
