Please elaborate on Mustard sound being more progressive. :ohhh:
Maybe "progressive" isn't the word, but its a lot cleaner.

Its like theres more focus. You can tell Mustard studied dudes like Dre and Quik and other west coast producers. Their shyt always sounds super refined.

I think i'm lacking the vocabulary...

Mike Will's beats sound fuller (really thats just mastering), has more sounds (sounds like some space/carnival shyt), and some of his beats can get away with being created as a pop song.Sounds like he's been using them gladiator and Omnisphere vst's in fl. Mustard on the other hand has more of a simpler 3-5 notes/key's a beat that's catchy with might get stuck in your head melody/bassline (ex. I'm Different, Thriller in Manilla, which are almost the same exact notes, and Rack City). I think musturd uses stock, and nexus in fl. Mike Will wins, i think Mike Will vs Metro Boomin would be a better matchup.

A little off topic but, i could of sworn Karate Chop was produced by Mike Will my first hearing, but metro made it, their sounds are kinda alike (Karate Chop & 36 by 2chainz).
