:obama: reup always coming thru with the gems

yeah Barbie according to this article was snitching so much the DEA named a sting operation inspired by la barbie entitled "OPERATION NARCO POLO"where they snatched up like 60 sinoloa cartel members even Chapo son got snatched up but eventually released later

Operation Narco Polo nabs 60 suspected Sinaloa cartel operatives

La Barbie lawyer said the main reason Barbie was so eager to cooperate with authorities was because

Valdez’s attorney has said the accused gangster, who is notoriously known among his foes, would be safer in the U.S.

prior to his extradition he was incarcerated at the same prison with EL CHAPO and Z40 of the ZETAS :whew:

lol no.....Barbie was never named 'narco polo', it was just that shirt design was popular after he was arrested back in 2010....Operation Narco Polo was a inter agency task force op that started in South Carolina in October 2011 when a distributor was caught with 5 kilos and 40 pounds of weed, they found that the product was coming through the San Ysidro point of entry, into San Diego....that was the operation that caught Serafin Zambada Ortiz, (mayos son NOT Chapos) Chino Antrax, and Chapo Guzman, and 60 more....plus indicted many the heavy hitters in Tijuana and Culiacan, it was a three phase operation that took 3.5 years to unseal.....look where I am from man, I know what I am talking about...appreciate the mention. Barbie had NOTHING to do with Operation Narco Polo....

Pled guilty, awaiting sentence....cooperated with prosectors for a deal....He's pleading guilty to conspiracy to possess/distribute 100 kilos, and likely will be looking at a sentence below 10 years. His half brother Mayito Gordo is coming up here too....Chino Antrax is supposed to be sentenced next year, April. There are rumors both are in wit sec, but I think they will eventually be sentenced.....Vicentillo, Mayo's eldest still hasn't been sentenced, and has been in US custody and pled guilty since 2010 and 2014, he had a lot of info, it really doesn't get much more powerful then Vicentillo....

100-170 months.....maybe even less........Dude pled guilty to drug conspiracy charges, but he's also admitted to running a team of assassins, sanctioning murders, torture, and kidnappings in Culican, and abroad... James Bond villain type shyt...the judge can use that as an enhancement...but Chino knew a lot...and he's talking too.

:whew:

here is the article about Anthrax writing a downpayment check on the 1 million dollars the government is seeking from him

Borderland Beat: El Chino Antrax pays thousands of dollars to the United States

El Chino Antrax pays thousands of dollars to the United States

Translated by Otis B Fly-Wheel for Borderland Beat from a Zetatijuana article

[ Subject Matter: El Chino Antrax, Jose Rodrigo Arechinga Gamboa

El China Antrax, in a prologue to his sentence, paid 100,000 dollars to the Government of the United States. In total the drug trafficker will have to pay a million dollars, as part of his guilty plea deal with the Attorney General.

Reporter: Ines Garcia Ramos

A million dollars, that is the figure that the United States Government puts on the fortune of Jose Rodrigo Arechiga Gamboa "El Chino" Antrax, obtained and saved during his years in the service of the Sinaloa Cartel.

Imprisoned since December of 2013 in Holland, extradited to the United States in July of 2014 and declared guilty in May of 2015, "El Chino Antrax is at the point of being sentenced for cocaine and marijuana trafficking in the San Diego, California Federal Court.

On the 3rd of September 2015, a month before he is sentenced, the Court of South California received a payment of $100,000 made for Arechiga Gamboa in the form of a cheque from Chase bank in Arizona.

The cheque was made out to United States Marshall Service, a special security body that is in charge of, among other activities, transferring prisoners and apprehension of highly dangerous criminals.

The Lawyer of "El Chino Antrax", Frank J. Ragen appeared to submit the cheque and receive a receipt from the United States Government, which establishes that this is a primary payment.

The Federal Court documents, whose copies Zeta has, indicate that the amount was deposited to the Fund of Seized Assets, this capital is under administration and use of, the Department of Justice to cover costs associated both with the legal formalities of seizures, embargo actions and even to fund research.

It also establishes the current debt as 900,000 dollars remaining to be paid. The payment of the outstanding debt must be settled before or at the moment of sentencing. Payments received after that date will be subject to accumulated interest.

In the order of embargo, it has been established that if Arechiga Gamboa doesn't pay the balance on time, the United States Government could, at any moment, conduct a search to locate, identify and directly dispose of any confiscated assets for a value not to exceed 900,000 dollars.

Until the 30th of September of 2015, with 16 days until his sentencing, "El Chino Antrax" has not made any further payments towards the remaining total.

A cooperation agreement, or really a guilty plea in general will always include a fine, and depending on how close you are with the prosecutors handling your case, will make the difference in how much, and how the fine is collected. If you are cooperating and in the good graces you can get away with a minimal fine, in Chino's case I wouldn't think he had much more then a million liquid, but they will allow you to make payments, and keep some money for yourself, subsistence level only in general. If you read Jordan Belforts second book, 'Catching The Wolf Of Wall Street', it goes into detail on this. He got to keep like 80k for living expenses and bills, while getting ready to serve his sentence, and begin making payments on the millions he owed. Chino is not paying his way out, he is talking. And I am not sure he will be allowed back in Culiacan.....his bm or one of them was murdered last year, and his crew and closest people are mostly dead or awaiting extradition. it's said Ivan Archivaldo had his boy Chiquillo Antrax murdered last year.
