first time I heard dude say he was gonna put that album out that NYGz album was 1999. When I met him in 06 he said it was coming soon. That NYGz album will drop the same day as Detox

that was kind of a comp of everything they had done to that point, I mean it was an official rls from them but it wasn't the all-Preem album he had been talkin about. always felt them, esp Panchi whose nice as hell

He's told me he's been putting it out for some years too, I think there's fresh music, last I heard it was in the final mixing and mastering stage, not sure what the hold up is, hope it drops but like you said another delay wouldn't surprise me at all.
