and i remember him droppin' the instrumental shyt but i never did buy it for whatever reason
it was hardly any promotion for it all. in fact, i don't remember any for it

i thought, cause i remember seein' the ad for that shyt somewhere, i think it was a used cd store i use to hit it up and buy shyt from
that album won't quik from the 95' to 00' but i appreciated it for what it was from the technical standpoint. it was different but for some reason some of it appealed to me

The production was good on this album but this is where I kinda was done with quik as a rapper, his vocals got a bit too corny for me...safe and sound was his peak as a rapper...

and the hooks were subpar for the most part...

Quik always refers to Balance + Options as his "bad" album but it actually has some of my favorite Quik records.

I never really felt Trauma at all. Had some jams but was a miss overall

I don't fucc wit' Game, but the song on here was cool.
Song with Luda was flames.
"Black Mercedes" is prototype Nate Dogg.
"Get Up" and "Get Down" was a good juxtaposition
