How is he a Game dikkrider when he got his career started together with Game? Skee got his name by doing stuff with Game. All those 300 bars, mixtapes etc where Skee as the DJ.
Dont mind me im just a bitter G Unit stan who remembers him as the DJ behind all of those diss records

Not surprised, it's not like he could play what he wanted at KIIS.

Honestly never should have put his XM/Sirius show to the side for KIIS.

Yeah....DJ Skee had in my opinion the best radio show on XM/SIRIUS in terms of breaking new records..new artists with a healthy buzz and in terms of playing mixtape tracks and other obscure material by artists

im gonna try to upload an old DJ Skee show from like 2011 as a.tribute..

Cause i truly respected his talent and what he had done for hip hop radio

:salute:

Respect to Skee and while there is a lot of truth in what he said, very powerful words, ... while not trying to shyt on Radio .. he did. He could have said he evolved beyond that .. rather than say what Radio didn't evolve to be... Not saying he isn't completely right or mostly right.

But he def gave the fukk you to radio on the video. I respect him though.

Radio is a dated format but for most its still a lot of opportunity that lies in it. Without radio he wouldn't be where he is ... thats like dissing CD's because we're in the age of MP3's ... while you got your come up selling CD's out of your trunk.

Again. Nothing he said was factually incorrect though.

He really did. At one point he was really breaking a lot of westcoast artist records so I of course respected him for that. I also thought the mix show played good music in general. KIIS threw big money at him, it is the #1 radio station in the country and has been for a few years now, so who could blame him.

The TV show he has is real cool and that seems more of his lane now. What sucks is hes talented with the music, he has a good ear.

No radio guy gets to play what they want...they got a set playlist. Radio spins are paid for. Payola will always exist.

Without radio he wouldn't be where he is ...
How is that relevant?
If live in a state with a great education system, and now u look at how horrible it is, then you tell someone highlighting that fact "yo u can't say that, you wouldn't be where u r today if it wasn't for your education in your time"

Maybe instead if you came from quality, you will wish it upon the art you love for those after you.
