They both can but they both are out of position at the 1. If you notice they have terrible chemistry on the court and will eventually need 2 be parted.
They actually have the best chemistry out of the starting 5 which doesn't say much. Chemistry is built though. Give them time.

Midrange pick n roll is the only thing we've seen him have success at, even in preseason at times. He has great vision and passing ability, but he can't create offense and make plays, which I fear will render him mediocre in the long run:mjcry:. All that vision & passing talent is wasted on dude at the moment. Hopefully he develops a slick way to get past defenders and make some plays. Byron being a shytty coach doesn't help at all either.:francis:

hard to build chemistry when your coach is bryon scott and he doesn't implement a system nor apparently give anyone any fukking specific roles.

after russell did all that he barely played in the 4th. how you gonna improve when you have your best game and you're still getting benched. :disappointedkobe:

Most offenses today are pick and roll heavy. He doesn't need to breakdown his defender constantly to be successful in the NBA.

You still gotta be able to beat a defender at some point. They could just switch on the pick n roll against dude. He needs to figure how he's gonna do that. Might have to be with fakes, footwork & hesitation dribbles:yeshrug:

I agree. He definitely needs to continue to work on upping his dribble skills because that will enable him to get by his man the most since he doesn't have the speed. He's a rookie though so most people don't have the patience.
