It was definitely a step in the right direction but it was pretty much the shots he's been taking every game but they were actually going in tonight. I still want to see him beat somebody off the dribble and get into the paint for once. Is it me or does Russell look 6'2" instead of his listed 6'5"

What if the Lakers tried playing smalball with some combination of Lou Will/Russell/Clarkson/Larry Nance/Randle/Black? I feel like there's a solid uptempo lineup in there somewhere but I don't think they're going to try that with Byron at the helm.

The rest of the league is also going small, and it's starting to alter how I look at this team's roster.
