that statement alone lets me know you have no clue what ur talking about. Government includes Full Time and Contractors. These contractors are employed by private companies. There are tons of IT companies with major hubs and/or headquarters all over the area. i worked there for 9 yrs before moving to ATL. no need to connect dots when u have first hand experience. its a competitive town but i know quite a few "negroes" who are doing well.
