I personally think it has everything thing that all types of black people would want.

For 1, it's full with black people, which ofcourse is the important part.
Obviously you can get that in many places tho.

But I like that there's some ghetto/hood sides.
But there seems to be a lot of great areas of middle class, upper middle and affluent blacks.

Alot of women who are educated and also go more natural with their look and style.
And brothers who are educated.

TX is still deep south and you will be reminded that at times.
And also, I think the predominantly black areas of TX are gonna ended up being more like Atlanta.

Which feels more like black Hollywood, instead of just a place for real black people to live and grow

Lmao unless you looking for space and cost of living no part of Texas is seeing the DMV. Location is elite, great job market, tremendous diversity and a huge number of different Black people which makes for a more robust Black community in terms of culture, women outnumber men, only other places on par or better than the DMV are the truly hot, big name metro areas.

To me, the DMV is the perfect middle ground if someone wants to be in a major metro without too much of the extra bullshyt.
