, Silver Spring would be the GOAT overall city in the area if it had a better night scene.
DC girls - tend to be whatever you wanna call it "rachet", "ghetto", etc but they're got style and can be pretty with rough edges.
MD(PG county and Montgomery county) girls tend to be a lil softer. have a reputation of being extremely pretty but cool for the most part.
Va (NoVa) - girls tend to be pretty as hell too but sometimes a lil whitewashed or they try a lil to hard to be down. (lauren london woulda prolly been a better example from a personality standpoint, think new new from atl)
Bmore - the reputation is that they tend to be rough wit no redeeming qualities. while not always true, the generalization is that you dont want a bmore jawn. PG/DC generally dont mess wit baltimore tho its not as bad as it used to be. And bmore does have some cool ass girls tbh

I think it's because DC people are big on standing out from other cities/styles. The clothing brands, music, lingo...is all on some other shyt.
I been here for a minute. More fine Black women here per capita than most cities.
Might be an age thing. Might be where some folks are hanging. But when I get out, I see enough fine, well kept women to make it hard to notice the bums.
But I'm not from here. I don't do "local" shyt. So the average chick off the block is probably not in my line of site.

Bmore gets a bad rap. It's just the city that got majority dusty looking hoes. Baltimore county, Ann Arundel, Howard Counties (surrounding suburbs around Bmore city) got suburban women who look as good as DC hoes.
Also take into account DC hoes come from all over the DMV for work. When I walk outside of my office here in DC and see crazy amount of good looking women, most of them live outside of DC in Maryland and Virginia.
I will say this though, Baltimore City got some depressing looking fat women in general when I've been there during weekday/work hours.

DC chicks actually more diverse than just the ratchets. You got some of the hood joints that actually got they head on straight goin to school for real majors and professions. It's afrocentric joints that be on the Pro Black shyt like they Badu or somethin, hipster joints, black beckys by the major campuses and nicer neighborhoods. Your description is basically the most noticeable version I guess.
The old DC was so much better. I can deal with slouch socks, ninja headbands with designs from Madness, or whatever....but its like everyone look like somebody off a video or some shyt.

I know this sh:t well. Each area has dimes, but VA is just way more clean cut than DC and MD. Only Silver Spring and Columbia can fukk with VA. You have to realize how vast Northern VA is. We talking, Alexandria, Herndon and Chantilly, Tysons, Arlington, Springfield, Woodbridge and more. So many smoked out dread heads in DC and Md. There are some nice ones sprinkled in. But having Lauren London represent MD is so off. I will give MD the ups on bodies. They got some very sexy women,but faces VA allday.

All the foreigners live in Va. All of em. Ethiopians, Indians, Africans. Asians and all. Now if you're talking just Black women, we might have a different decision.
