This album isn't good.

As much as I love X, this album doesn't do his legacy any justice. Swizz is my guy, but he shouldn't have been the person at the helm of this one. He threw a Jay acapella on here that's easily 10-11 years old. The mixing on here is wild subpar. They rushed the process and had people give them old and unused acapellas that were spliced together and thrown on beats that aren't that great either. Which is why so many people sound off-beat. This isn't the level of quality that X deserved, and Swizz should've chilled on throwing this out so quickly.

I think this was definitely a cash grab. This is basically a Khaled album, in the name of DMX. Forced attempt at memorializing him. He should've gotten a much better send-off than this.

Haven't heard it yet but this was my concern. Not a fan of posthumous albums at all, especially in this era.

Thankfully on this album he sounds good for his age as opposed to the griselda joint that everyone was panicking about. Swizz did a great job with this, and as X had said, he confirmed these features except the Moneybag yo one. I'm still tight about not having the pop smoke joint on there, i would've loved to see how they sounded together but i think that one is gonna be on pop's album. A lot of people on here don't wanna believe that X green lighted these features but that's what the album was supposed to be. Anyone peep that the joint with Infared and all his crew didn't make it on here? :gucci: , they should've left it to make it feel more "organic" and taking it off didn't help its case even though again, X SAID HE APPROVED THESE COLLABS! I'ma bump this album all summer, it feels good to hear new material from X even though it's his last one to the world :mjcry:

It's just me or "Hold me down" its horrible mixed? the song sounds like it comes out of the Undisputed album. who mixed some joints, need to
No he didn’t. But him and Nas outdid Jay clearly on that joint.

X verse was definitely better than nas on that song imo. Nas did his thing but his verse doesn't even play to the beat. He just did his regular rappity rap thing Which I like but X presence and delivery was enough to give it to him. Jay and Nas sounded docile... X sounded like he came ready for war and had bars with his agression

They should have never made that Griselda song the first single, really killed the buzz for this.

But this album is dope. Nas bodied his two verses. Wish they mixed Xs voice better on some of the tracks, but this is good.
Ok this X and Snoop song should’ve been the single. How does Swizz and them mess thing easy single up?:mindblown: X sounding like X, Snoop on the track, MARVIN GAYE VOCAL SAMPLE! C’mon bruh lol.
