The tracks are out of order from the original mixtape it was ripped from

no front cover.

I believe it's just a freestyle mixtape from 1996 before signing to Def Jam.

X even disses 2Pac and the entire West Coast on the track, "It's A Party (Get At Me Dog)". It's before he died tho, because he changed it to "K-Solo" on his debut album because 2Pac had passed away by then -- stand up move.
