Those women your describing would make sure it was by a nikka that's capable of consistently paying child support.If it means child support some women just aren't going to care.
A shame.. 15 kids are negatively affected by peoples poor decisions and the government cosigns it too

I don't get what you mean, but not all women. There are plenty of broke men that can't pay child support that keep getting women pregnant. And even if he can, it doesn't mean the children won't be negatively affected as he can't be a 100% father to all of them.
