X looks bad, but tbh he looks better than most addicts that been smoking crack and abusing drugs and alcohol for that long, esp at 50. you must live some sheltered life to think he about to kick the bucket just cause he looks bad when there's been worse looking addicts who lived a lot longer

tbh, if he keeps using he'd prob live longer than if he quit and ended up relapsing cause that's how most addicts die
